Lila was co-owned by a dear friend who lives in Florida. I bred her to the powerful working Doberman Hurin Jarl Swift Run v Larson IPO3 AD LC-10L in 2021, and she produced two lovely bitches and two nice boys. The boys went to pet homes, but the bitches went to dedicated working homes where they are still training and collecting titles in 2026!
Lila began experiencing seizures about 24 hours before her death. Given her age, her owner elected to euthanize.

Frozen Semen Available to Approved Bitches
On Thursday morning, October 12, our big beautiful Asher lost control of his right front leg. By the end of the day, despite veterinary treatment, he had lost the use of all limbs. Even though he was paralyzed, he was still eating and interacting with us. We brought him home from the hospital, and expected to provide supportive care for him for a few days until we could determine whether he might improve. He was, of course, medicated for pain, and was resting comfortably when I went to bed. When I went to check on him at about 5 AM on October 13, he had passed away, quietly and peacefully, in his own time. Necropsy results were inconclusive.
Asher was the last living dog from the Treasure Seeker A litter. He was our first homebred United Doberman Club champion and IPO3 (schutzhund) dog. He was our big black guardian dog, and there will never be another like him.

Abby and I trained in schutzhund (IPO) until she was three years old. She achieved her IPO1, and I planned to train her further in schutzhund. On 7/23/2016, she whelped her first litter of seven puppies.
Notably from this litter came Cherished Gem (Lila), the dam of our "E" litter, and Calypso Nights (Quinn), who became a UDC champion and certified operational SAR dog in Kansas under the guidance of Maria Ciski.
Sadly for me, Abby developed pyometra after her first litter. We spayed her to save her life, and happily she became a devoted companion of Carole Bohanan-Uhler, the breeder of her great-grandsire AKC/UDC CH Destiny's Man on a Mission, CDX SchH III IPO3 ROM T-1 VCX D-ZTP V1A. Carole and Abby earned the CD together, and Abby lived with Carole until Abby passed away in 2023.

On February 2, 2021, we sadly shared the last morning with our special treasure Penny, a once in a lifetime companion, who was always happy and always up for a game of ball or a game of "bad dog" (schutzhund).
The foundation bitch for Treasure Seeker Dobermans, during her lifetime Penny produced nine puppies with two different sires. Of those nine puppies, five of them earned working or obedience titles, and two of them earned their UDC conformation championships, and one earned her AKC championship.

Lucas was purchased as a working sport prospect, and he was one of the nicest working dogs I have ever owned. He was wonderfully social but very serious on the schutzhund field. He came hard and fast on the long bite, and we had very high hopes for him in competition. Tragically, he was diagnosed with kidney failure when he was a little over two years of age. Lucas is sadly missed. His grand spirit will live on in our hearts forever.

Wyatt was my first real working Doberman, and what a phenomenal specimen he was. He came from a litter of five puppies, and three of the five earned their UDC championships and IPO3 level titles. My heart dog.

Austin joined our family when my husband and I first married, and he raised my son Blake Carpenter. Austin was a great companion for Blake, always steady. He loved to chase lizards around our sage bush in Odessa, Texas. He returned to North Carolina with us and guided Wyatt into the household.
